  What do we mean by B-Stock?

B-Stock product has multiple definitions:

1. It may be brand new in perfect condition from a store or trade-show display.
2. It might have damage to the packaging.
3. There might be a blemish on the surface of the product.. usually small.

All b-stock product has been quality assured, and come with a full factory warranty. Often we don't know which of the three categories your B stock product fits since it is often shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Be aware that quantities are often quite limited and sell quickly.

  What do we mean by Refurbished?

First of all, we classify all non new but unused items as "Refurbished" on our web description due to limited choices by the search engines. Our product descriptions will have more detail if the item is B-Stock, Used actually Refurbished

Any item we classify as Refurbished in our first page product descriptions mean that items have been replaced or repaired by the factory. Cases may or may not have been replaced. Tyically the items are good as new- but may not carry the same warranty. Feel free to ask us if it isn't spelled out in the description.

  What do we mean by Used?

Someone owned it, used it , likely it shows wear - but it still works well unless it's marked as "only good for parts". No warranties or returns for used items - but this is where the big savings are !
