There are several ways to check your order status....

One of the fastest ways is to simply call or email us.

Since we ship from multiple warehouses throughout the country, and many times your order come to you directly from the manufacturer- they have not perfected a way to get our tracking information back to us as quickly as we have perfected our order process to them. Your order ships and is almost to your door usually well before we get electronic notifications.

If your products shipped from one of our warehouses, your information is on-line and available within the hour... however if we can save you money by shipping directly, we always use that choice. That slows down our update notifications process, but saves you plenty on delivery ! You may choose any method below to check your order status.

Best time to call is between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (M-F / CST) but you may call at anytime and we are always happy to help. Sometimes we have to check with the warehouse and it may require a call back the next day.
