Check Your Order Status
There are several ways to check your order status....
One of the fastest ways is to simply call or email us.
Since we ship from multiple warehouses throughout the country, and many times your order come to you directly from the manufacturer- they have not perfected a way to get our tracking information back to us as quickly as we have perfected our order process to them. Your order ships and is almost to your door usually well before we get electronic notifications.
If your products shipped from one of our warehouses, your information is on-line and available within the hour... however if we can save you money by shipping directly, we always use that choice. That slows down our update notifications process, but saves you plenty on delivery ! You may choose any method below to check your order status.
Call us at the number at the top of your screen and we will track your order cheerfully. It may be old school - but sometimes this is the fastest way.
Click the "Write Us" button to send us a text, or here to send us an email or contact us with Skype (very good method for international calls).
Click here to use our Live Chat system and even if showing "offline" we get your request for a status update in email and will respond quickly.
If your order shipped from our warehouses, you will see up to the minute status and your tracking number. If showing as "Processing", don't fret.. try one of the methods above for an update.
