Credit Cards: We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover with verifiable shipping address. For your protection, orders are sent only to the billing address of the cardholder. Special arrangements may be made for orders that need to ship to an alternate address including setting up an alternate shipping address with your credit card company.

This is done to protect you from unauthorized use of the information you send to our server. Returns
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from The AV Spot, simply return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or exchange. Call 1-800-247-5440 for a return authorization number, return authorization #s are only good for 10 business days. Re-pack the item in new condition just as it arrived to you. Please double box item including its original packaging (including all inserts, manuals and accessories) and send it back to us. Please be sure to write the return authorization number on the outside of the box by using a permanent marker. Products in like new condition will receive an exchange or refund, but please be aware that returns may be subject to a 15 percent restocking charge as well as shipping charges. We do our best to minimize any restocking and other fees - but usually they come from the manufacturer and not us. On defective items, we will gladly pay the shipping charges to return it to us.
Return Exceptions: Cartridges and styli, bulk cable, used cables, cassettes, gaff tape, cd's and cd+g's, fog, bubble, haze and snow juice, replacement lamps, software, slipmats, color media (gel) may not be returned. Due to health reasons, items that cannot be sanitized, such as microphones, headphones, or other expendable supplies may not be returned or exchanged.
All approved returns must be in new condition in its original box with all accessories and packaging or they will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Gear that has been rack mounted, damaged gear due to misuse, and any product that looks used and cannot be resold as new, will automatically be charged a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Special order items are 100% guaranteed to be free of defects by the manufacturer. Since these item(s) are specifically ordered for you, they cannot be returned for credit or exchange. If your package arrives damaged or defective, please let our Customer Service Department know within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will make any necessary arrangements to take care of the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping
When you place an order with The AV Spot, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Shipping costs for orders from The AV Spot depend upon the methods and options you choose. If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We currently offer the following shipping options: Ground - 48 States (No PO or FPO), 3 Day Delivery - 48 States, 2nd Day Air - USA 50 States, Next Day Air - USA 50 States. FPO and APO addresses are handled internally, please call for more information before placing your order.

Free Shipping

* Valid on most shipments to United States lower 48 states.
* Not valid on orders shipping to Post Office Boxes.
* Purchase orders do not qualify for free shipping.
* Free shipping to APO/FPO addresses limited to 70 lbs. per box and is subject to the same restrictions as domestic deliveries and does not include heavier or oversized individual items.
Overnight and 2-Day Shipping
* Rates determined by weight and zone. To see shipping estimate, add product(s) to shopping cart, enter zip code, then click Estimate. Large packages may require additional shipping charge, see product description page or shopping cart.
* All delivery times listed are measured in business days. For example, an Overnight order placed Friday should arrive on the following Monday.
* Saturday delivery is available for an extra fee in addition to the Overnight or 2-Day rate calculated by the weight of the order. The Saturday delivery option is limited to areas where FedEx or UPS provides this service and excludes heavy items. In addition, orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 5 p.m. Central Time on the preceding Friday. If you require Saturday delivery, please place your order by phone.
We also ship packages via US Mail whenever possible.
