Exchange and Returns

The Short Version
- Almost all items are returnable if there is a problem. We want you to be happy.
- Some items are not returnable due to health regulations.
- Special Order items are either not returnable or will be charged a fee to restock.
- We reserve the right to replace the item before issueing a refund.
- Pack the items carefully and inside a protective second box for shipping.

Return Policy (The Full Version)
It is important to understand that part of the return and exchange process is controlled by us and part of it is controlled by the manufacturer. We are the ones on your side - so let's work together to make you happy.
You may return items to us within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or exchange. Start by calling 877-844-1001 for a return authorization number. Please have your original ticket number or date of purchase, plus any other information that might help us find your information.
If we shipped your item from one of our warehouses, we will be able to issue a return athorization for you right away. If your item came directly from the manufacturer or was a special order, we will need to to arrange for a return or exchange authorization
directly with them.
Return authorization numbers are only good for 10 business days, so please don't wait to return your item.
Re-pack the item in new condition just as it arrived to you. Please double box item including its original packaging (including all inserts, manuals and accessories) and send it back to the proper address. Please be sure to write the return authorization number on the outside of the protective shipping box by using a permanent marker. (not on the product box)
Please ship your item for exchange or return only to the address we provide.
Products in like new condition will receive an exchange or refund, but please be aware that returns may be subject to a restocking charge as well as shipping charges.
We do our best to minimize any restocking and other fees - but usually they come from the manufacturer and not us. On defective items, we will gladly pay the shipping charges to return it to us.
Return Exceptions:
Cartridges and styli, bulk cable, used cables, cassettes, gaff tape, cd's and cd+g's, fog, bubble, haze and snow juice, replacement lamps, software, slipmats, color media (gel) may not be returned. Due to health reasons, items that cannot be sanitized, such as microphones, headphones, or other expendable supplies may not be returned or exchanged.
All approved returns must be in new condition in its original box with all accessories and packaging or they will be subject to a restocking fee. Gear that has been rack mounted, damaged gear due to misuse, and any product that looks used and cannot be resold as new, will automatically be charged a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Special order items are 100% guaranteed to be free of defects by the manufacturer. Since these item(s) are specifically ordered for you, they cannot be returned for credit or exchange. If your package arrives damaged or defective, please let our Customer Service Department know within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will make any necessary arrangements to take care of the issue as quickly as possible.
