PURCHASE ORDER (PO):For Fortune 1000 corporate accounts, schools, hospitals and government agencies where Purchase Orders are required, you must complete the following processes: (1) Fax us a letter on your letterhead to formally request us to accept your purchase orders; (2) Print or download application form and have it filled out, signed, and emailed or faxed to us at 1-314-529-3434; along with a copy of your formal Purchase order. Please note that an account application may take 2-3 days to complete before the order is shipped out. WIRE TRANSFER: We accept wire-transfer from anywhere. Go thru the standard checkout steps, put in all your shipping information once you received a shipping quote and total print out the order form. Email us or fax us a copy of your shopping cart contents to 1-314-529-3434. We'll call you with all the details on how to do wire-transfer over the phone. The total transferred must include shipping cost. The shipping cost may be adjusted for international addresses and overweight orders. Delay in shipping your order may occur if the wire-transfer received is different from the order total amount. Wire-transfer may take 1-2 business days to confirm. It must be confirmed by our bank before shipping can take place. We now offer 2% discount for orders paid with wire-transfers. Sale tax: We are required to collect sales tax on transactions shipping to customers located in Missouri. Certain other states may require sales tax collection if the order is drop shipped by a company with a presence in the sate it is going to. Tax laws change rapidly and we can only follow them. We are not responsible for taxes that are legally due and payable for your transaction if your state or government levys them on the sale.
Limitation of Liability: Except where prohibited by law, we will not be liable for any loss and/or damage arising from our product or incurred during installation, removal or replacement. Returns: All our products are brand new and come with full manufacturer warranties (unless specifically stated otherwise). We want you to be completely satisfied with you purchase. Defective returns: You may return defective items to us within 2 week for replacement or refund (less shipping charges). After 2 week, the manufacturer's warranty will apply.
Non-defective returns: You may return non-defective items within 7 days of purchase for a refund (less shipping charges). Non-defective items returned after 7 days may be charged a 25% restocking fee. Non-defective returns are not accepted after 2 weeks.
All exchanged /returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Merchandise that is returned with missing items is subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 2 week of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
